Responsibilities
Our client is seeking for an administrative assistant role within a corporate secretary firm.
* Assist corporate secretaries and managers with day-to-day administrative tasks.
* Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and external parties professionally and promptly.
* Maintain and organize office records, including filing systems and electronic databases.
* Support corporate secretaries in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance.
* Follow up on action items, respond to inquiries, and handle routine correspondence.
Requirements
* Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is advantageous.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment and software.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
* Capable of working collaboratively with others and contributing to a positive work environment.
