Responsibilities
* Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing information about our services, pricing, and policies.
* Take orders for laundry services, accurately recording customer preferences and special instructions.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, aiming for a satisfactory resolution.
* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
* Provide feedback to the management regarding recurring customer issues or trends.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented setting.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
