Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner. * Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. * Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers' tables. * Provide attentive and prompt customer service throughout their dining experience. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and order accuracy. * Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a polite and effective manner. * Uphold the restaurant's standards for hygiene, sanitation, and overall presentation.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. * Customer-focused with a positive attitude. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
