Responsibilities
We are seeking a Project Executive with a background in interior design to join our dynamic team at a leading interior design company.
* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior design projects. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and successful project completion.
* Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine interior design concepts, ensuring they align with client requirements and industry trends.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project. Communicate effectively to understand their needs, present ideas, and provide regular updates.
* Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources and deadlines.
* Ensure all design elements meet quality standards and client expectations. Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and services, negotiating terms and managing relationships.
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, design plans, and client correspondence.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
* Proven experience in interior design project management.
* Strong understanding of design principles, industry standards, and material knowledge.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
* Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite).
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
