Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team.
* Craft a variety of classic and innovative cocktails with precision and creativity.
* Possess extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, and stay updated on current trends in the beverage industry.
* Engage with guests, making recommendations, and enhancing their overall bar experience.
* Manage bar inventory, stock, and supplies, ensuring availability and freshness.
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Work collaboratively with service staff to ensure seamless service and a cohesive team environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a bartender.
* Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Certified training in bartending/mixology is a plus.
* Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
