Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Service Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to providing high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
* This role involves serving food and alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
* Efficiently take and process orders, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
* Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Process payments and handle cash and card transactions with integrity.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of food and beverage service, including alcohol and cocktail serving.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
