Responsibilities
The Executive Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Operations Manager in the efficient management and smooth functioning of the heavy equipment rental division.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations department.
* Coordinate daily operational tasks to ensure the efficient running of the equipment rental department.
* Manage and update operational databases and systems.
* Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Coordinate with clients regarding equipment rental agreements, bookings, and logistics.
* Prepare regular reports on operational activities, challenges, and achievements.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesiveness and alignment of objectives.
Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the heavy equipment rental or related industry.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operational software.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
