Responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation of ingredients for various dishes which include chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces. Supporting chefs and cooks in the cooking process which involve grilling, sautéing, frying, baking, or any other cooking techniques specific to Western cuisine. Keeping the kitchen stations organized and ensuring that all necessary ingredients and tools are readily available for the chefs. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area. Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
