Prospect and generate cold-call potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to set up meetings with key decision-makers. Conduct and analyze market research to identify potential clients and develop a target list of prospects. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Attend to new customers' inquiries and provide them with detailed information about our products and services. Build positive relationships and rapport with clients to create long-term partnerships and repeat business. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis. Continuously enhance your sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
Diploma in any discipline and at least 3 years of working experience in sales and/or packaging industries. Strong knowledge of PC Periperals. Demonstrated the ability to execute against a sales strategy and revenue target. A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn. Confident and strong communication skills, both written and on the phone. Able to converse in Mandarin in order to liaise and comnunicate effectively with Mandarin speaking clients.
