Responsibilities
Install digital lock systems on doors, ensuring they are correctly aligned, secure, and functional.
Connect and configure the electronic components of the digital lock, including wiring and integration with any access control systems.
Program and set up the digital lock system according to the specific requirements and preferences of the customer.
Conduct thorough testing of the installed digital lock system to ensure all features are working correctly
Provide instructions and guidance to customers on how to use and maintain their digital lock systems.
Respond to service calls or inquiries related to malfunctioning digital lock systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
Basic understanding of digital lock systems, access control systems, and electronic security mechanisms is essential.
Prior experience as a digital lock installer is beneficial
Digital lock installers should be capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during installation. This includes understanding wiring, connectivity, and programming aspects.
A valid Class 3 license if possible
