Responsibilities
* Perform daily tasks such as planting, weeding, and pruning to enhance the aesthetic appeal of landscapes.
* Collaborate with the landscaping team to execute larger projects, including the installation of new gardens or outdoor features.
* Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any issues to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
* Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to understand and meet specific landscaping requirements.
Requirements
* Proven experience in gardening and landscaping.
* Knowledge of plant varieties, gardening techniques, and landscape design principles.
* Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new developments in horticulture and landscaping.
