Responsibilities
As a System Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and operation of our technology solutions for our clients in South East Asia.
* Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored technology solutions.
* Execute end-to-end implementation of technology solutions, including hardware and software deployment, configuration, and integration.
* Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed systems, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams and vendors as necessary.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to deliver integrated solutions.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and product offerings.
* Evaluate new technologies and conduct proof-of-concept testing to assess their viability and potential benefits.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in system engineering, solution design, or a similar technical role.
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with system engineering, networking, and infrastructure technologies.
* Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
