Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our dynamic shoe retail chain team.
* Participate in a structured training program that includes both formal learning sessions and on-the-job training in different departments of the shoe retail chain.
* Develop a deep understanding of our shoe product lines, including features, benefits, materials, and brands.
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding the right shoes, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
* Learn and implement effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to meet sales targets and contribute to the store's success.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure the store's visual merchandising is attractive and appealing, creating an inviting shopping environment.
* Assist in inventory management activities, including receiving, restocking, and monitoring stock levels to ensure product availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Strong passion for the retail industry and an interest in shoes and fashion.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
* Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to develop into a retail management role.
