Responsibilities
- In charge of the restaurant operations
- In charge of increasing revenue, managing staff, and controlling costs through a budgeting
- Create and provide SOPs for day-to-day operations to hit KPIs and deliverables
- Hire/Train front of house staff on daily operations
- Lead the team and motivates them to contribute to the best of their abilities
- Able to resolve customer complaints
- Plan weekly staff schedule
- Warmly welcome and greet our customers
- Possess good product knowledge and be well versed in our menu items
- Confidently present menu and propose food and beverage choices
- Place orders through POS
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the outlet
- Alcoholic Beverage pouring service
- Ensuring food running processes
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experiences as supervisor or equivalent
- Knowledge in beer, wine, and spirits is plus or WSET trained preferred.
- Passionate about delivering top-quality service and assistance to customers
- Team player with good initiative skills
- Able to work on rotating, split shifts, weekends & public holidays as assigned
- Cover any shortfall in the outlet and attend events if required.
- Well groomed
- Able to stand for long periods of time during operation hours
