Responsibilities
Our Client specialising in uniform customization and production industry , your responsibilities are:
• Receive and process purchase orders.
• Prepare PO for manufacturers.
• Coordinate timeline with manufacturers and the packing of orders.
• Responsible for quality control, stock management, and delivery slot.
• Analyze data and prepare PO qty
• Attend to walk-in customers and answering of phone calls.
• Coordinate with customers for obtaining measurements, arrange fitting samples, confirm order quantity as well as update on delivery date.
• Expedite orders through internal liaison.
• Check stock in the warehouse
• Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Requirements
• Proficient in Computer literacy, familiar with Excel and Word
• Strong initiative and “hands-on” attitude to get things done
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Great organization and strong steam work skill
