Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet customers
- Possess good product knowledge and be well versed in our menu items
- Confidently present menu and propose food and beverage choices
- Place orders through POS
- Follow all SOPs and KPIs to hit deliverables in the outlet
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the outlet
- Washing of glasses, cutleries & service ware
- Alcoholic Beverage pouring service
- Food running
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- High secondary education or equivalent
- At least 1-2yrs experience in relevant F&B and Hospitality industry
- Passionate about delivering top-quality service and assistance to customers
- Team player with good initiative skills
- Able to work on rotating, split shifts, weekends & public holidays.
- Well groomed
- Able to stand for long periods of time during operation hours
