Responsibilities
Attend to customer enquiries and issues, online and in-store
Preparing of shopping platform order and order from resellers
Other ad-hoc tasks to support the day to day operation of the business
Requirements
Ability to quickly build relationships and present excellent product knowledge to customers/clients.
Strong prospecting, negotiation skills and customer engagement
Creating and delivering presentations to client/ customer needs
Prioritizing, good time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently without much supervision
