Responsibilities
As a Production Operator in an ink manufacturing company, your primary responsibility include:
* Operate and monitor the ink production machinery, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
* Follow the provided formulations and recipes to mix and prepare ink batches according to specific customer requirements or standard formulations.
* Perform regular quality checks on the produced inks to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
* Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
* Maintain accurate records of raw materials, chemicals, and finished ink stock levels.
Requirements
* Training will be provided.
* Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance is beneficial.
* Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work with precise measurements.
* The role may involve standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and working in varying environmental conditions.
