Responsibilities
* Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales activities within a retail environment.
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all sales processes are executed effectively
* Tracking sales targets, monitoring sales performance, and providing support and guidance to the sales team when needed.
* Responsible for managing the inventory levels within the retail store.
* Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information or recommendations.
* Handle customer transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
Requirements
* Providing excellent customer service is essential in retail.
* Min 1 year experience in retails sales
* Must able to commit weekend working schedule
* Training will be provided.
