Responsibilities
Our client is one of the biggest Chinese Restaurant chain in Singapore.
* Greeting and seating guests: Service crew members are often responsible for welcoming guests, assisting them in finding suitable seating, and providing menus.
* Taking orders: They take orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
* Serving food and beverages: Service crew members serve dishes, deliver beverages, and provide any necessary condiments or utensils.
* Providing recommendations: They may offer suggestions or recommendations from the menu to help customers make informed choices.
* Handling payments: Service crew members may collect payments, process cash or credit card transactions, and provide change or receipts.
Requirements
* Collaborating with kitchen staff: They communicate customer orders to the kitchen and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
* Adhering to safety and hygiene standards: They follow proper food handling and safety procedures, maintain personal hygiene, and ensure that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations.
