Responsibilities
- Renew, apply, and follow up on insurance policies, work permits,s and certification
- Assist in staff attendance and HR purchases
- Record & maintaining staff leave records, staff particulars
- Assist and arrange recruitment, job posting advertisement, interview
- Assist in the company’s function, employee welfare, events, and any ISO & GMP support
- Prepare and liaise with any necessary for new incoming employees for orientation, PC access, etc
- Arrange employees for all the relevant training & courses
- Arrange, update, and schedule annual check-ups for GMP and employment matters
- Any other tasks and duties assigned by the Management and HR Department
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma certificate in Human Resource or Business Management
- Candidates with experience in Infotech systems and well-versed in employment and labor laws and regulations will be an advantage
- Ability to keep the information confidential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task, work independently and be meticulous in the work assigned
