Responsibilities
Look for business opportunities, establish new clients, maintain existing clients
Provide quotations/knowledge to clients and follow up on any pre-sale requirements
Understand and negotiate quotation/contracts with new/existing clients
To listen to customer requirements and presenting appropriate proposals to clinch a sale
Coordinate with Operations Controllers for job arrangement
Handle client’s complaints/disputes in a professional and personalized manners
To communicate and discuss with operators/ drivers on job details
To maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers in person
Solicit customer feedback through project proposal and its execution phases
Assist timely collection of debts and flag out potential risk
Chasing customer PO for billing
Follow up closely on job delivery status
Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements
Able to communicate well in English
Able to use Microsoft office, power point and Excel
Experience in using SAP is an avantage
