Responsibilities
* Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
* Building business relationships with current and potential clients
* Preparation of proposals for New Businesses and Tenders
* Serve and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations & follow up on clients’ enquiries
• Formulate and carry out sales strategies to achieve KPIs
• Generate monthly / yearly sales reports timely for Management reviews
• Provide resolutions when any issues arise with the booking
• Review customer needs to enhance offering and competitiveness.
* Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
* Diploma / Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
* At least 3-5 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to sales and business development
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Good in communication and negotiation
* Strong organizational and management skills
* Strategic thinking and statistical analysis skills
