Responsibilities
• Assist Engineers in daily customer support activities. • Ensure that the products meet quality requirements. • Update customers in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues or any requests. • Participate in product quality planning and control process based on customer’s specifications and requirements. • Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers. • Manage and coordinate ISO audits.
Requirements
• Diploma in any Engineering discipline • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Good understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and evaluation techniques
