Responsibilities
On time submission of financial report to authority, outsource companies and top management
Manage outsource companies’ performance & support
Ensure accurate payment to vendors including internal billings
Ensure monthly GTO submissions tally with Post of Sales’ report
Ensure outlet’s petty cash request are verified and supported with the summary
Process outlets’ package refunds
Submit the reports to management promptly
Monitoring and supervise to ensure that internal financial control procedures and systems are in place
Manage monthly closing in a timely manner
Responsible for GST submission and all corporate tax matters
Liaise with external parties, such as auditors, lawyer and banks for tax and subsidies matters
Liaise and work closely with other departments (i.e. outlet operations, marketing, etc)
Any other duties/projects/tasks assigned to the Employee from time to time
Requirements
Min. a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in managing full-sets accounts
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Meticulous and possess good analytical skills
Excellent problem solving skills
