Responsibilities
Handle Insurance and claims matter.
Coordinate in WSH & Incident Reporting
Coordinate in HPB initiative
Prepare Monthly GPS analysis
Handle Quarterly customer service survey
Assistant in purchase of vehicles, machineries, tugs and barges
Liaise with agent and tenant for contracts and renewals
Assist with internal departments on the sales, inspection and collection/delivery
To assist with Lite testing and social media updates
Assist in Google ads management tracking and billing reports
Assist in license application and renewal
Ad-hoc duty assign by company
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
At least 2 years of working experience
Meticulous and attention to details
Responsible, proactive, show initiative to learn and adapt to changes
Team player with good communication skills
