Responsibilities
-Operate Powder Blend equipment, sealing machine, metal detector, weighing scale and stacker
-Perform machine wash-down, scrubber cleaning (Manual and CIP)
-Perform allergen test, PH test
-Set assemble and dis-assemble equipment with minimum supervision
-Perform pre-weighing (loose weights, spray dried RM and liquid)
-Knowledgeable in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GDP (Good Document Practices), HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control point), Safety hazards, AIB, Food Safety Defense, Food allergens and TPM
Requirements
-Able to communicate and understand English
-Able to withstand manual work and hardworking
-Able to work rotate shift and expected to work overtime
-Knowledge in manufacturing environment is preferable
-Min. 1-2 yrs exp. In Manufacturing
-Basic experience on Food and Beverages industry
-Team player
