Responsibilities
Work closely with the supervisors and staff during restaurant shift operations
Ensure prompt and polite dining experience of guests at all times
Respond to guests' enquiries and coordinate with supervisors for guests’ feedbacks
Cultivate and maintain a healthy restaurant environment
Check all side stations before Lunch / Dinner operations
Ensure tablecloths and napkins are ready for daily operations
Make sure that all table settings are set in a proper and correct manner
Ensure that restaurant premises are clean
Check all toilets before operations and inform the supervisor on duty if it is not up to standard
Make sure all food & beverages are checked before serving it to the designated table
Wipe all glasses, cutlery and plates dry before the end of the day
Fulfill any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors / managers
Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar setting would be advantageous
Service-oriented
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
Good team-player
