Responsibilities
Full bar service including wine, beer and crafted cocktails
To be responsible for mixing and dispensing various alcoholic/non- alcoholic drinks and cocktails at the bar.
Mix and dispense drinks/cocktails in accordance with the menu.
Provide excellent customer service to bar customers by making recommendation and answering all enquiries.
Ensure that all beverages are of a high standard and produced in a timely fashion.
Ensure cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene standards are met for all glassware, equipment and working area.
Monitor daily inventory as well as restocking of ingredients.
Requirements
Gracious, friendly, patient and helpful attitude towards guests
Ability to multi-task and work in a very busy environment
Flexible schedule with full availability on nights and weekends
F&B work experience in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment
