Responsibilities
- Provide System Support, System Testing, Troubleshooting, System integration and upgrading.
- Implement solutions to problem faced by clients.
- Perform Preventive and Corrective maintenance.
- System defect diagnosis and investigation.
- System backup and recovery.
- Project Management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electronic or IT.
- At least 2 years in related field.
- Knowledge of Visual Studio Programming and SQL database.
- Knowledge of server and desktop hardware troubleshooting and setup
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
