Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate the work in the performance of various forms (plant and equipment) of maintenance (preventive, predictive, etc.) and equipment improvement work aimed at ensuring minimum process breakdown.
Monitor performance of equipment at production floor.
Conduct various continuous improvement efforts to improve equipment performance and reduce machine down time.
Participate in various internal and external party audits.
Provide technical support and technical expertise to all functions.
Plan and coordinate plant wide calibration program.
Execute instructions as directed by the manager.
Assist the manager in training program to upkeep the Engineering competence.
Ensure internal rules are duly followed
Requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical &/or Electrical Engineering discipline
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a Manufacturing environment, preferably in chemical industry.
Good technical knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting & servicing industrial equipment
Familiar with Factory Acts & Works of Engineering Construction Regulation.
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Self motivated, strong work commitment & able to work under minimum supervision
Candidate must be willing to wear jumpsuit and mask as Personal Protective Equipment when it is necessary.
