Responsibilities
Ensure team works in accordance to the processes as documented in IMS, Quality procedures and work instructions.
Develop and execute annual training plan for department team members
Monitor and manage team’s load to ensure priority of jobs are fulfilled
Responsible on the support for on time delivery in all QC / NDE function
Review and approve bubble drawings and inspection reports
Propose and implement improvement opportunities
Participate in MRB for product non-conformance
Perform daily checks on QC practices to ensure correct operation and implementation of procedures
Work with the team / supplier to resolve non-conformance issues
Correspond with customer’s and all Third Party Inspectors professionally
Work closely with all departments to ensure quality of products delivered to customer
Report to QHSE Manager on technical matters and team’s performance
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in mechanical engineering with at least 7 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry
Ability to read mechanical drawings & customer quality specifications
Knowledge in non-destructive examination with ASNT and ISO 9712 certifications will be added advantage
Good communication skills in English (Both written & verbal)
A good team player, energetic and willingness to learn with additional efforts
