Responsibilities
Able to interpret technical drawing and performing welding process & requirement to produce the work piece at facility;
Monitor welding performance and quality issues, troubleshoot welding relation problems as required;
Work with Production Supervisor to ensure welding operations are carried out in a controlled manner;
Coordinate with Stores to maintain optimal stock level for welding consumables inventory;
Must be competent in using equipment with all required safety precautions;
Experience in using a variety to welding equipment and procedures (MIG, TIG).
Requirements
Professional Certification will be a plus.
Candidate must demonstrate his ability to work on assigned welding processes and its activities by meeting the quality expectation, and production deadlines.
Shall be able to read and understand work instructions / SOP.
Read understand and follow all safe work practices and procedures.
Work independently and meet deadlines.
Following instructions and procedures.
Adapting and responding to change. Shall be ready to perform other duties associated with primary task.
