Responsibilities
- Data entry for goods receiving
- Order processing, sorting and packing for delivery, when necessary
- Organise and maintain records of inventories and keep safety stock level
- Monitor and manage inventory control
- Issue purchase requisition and stock replenishment order
- Manage and handle loading and unloading of products
- Provides operational support for the production team
- Ensure compliance to safety and cleanliness of premises at all time
- Maintain housekeeping of storeroom and warehouse premises
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager/HOD
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Possess strong organisational skills and able to multi-task
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good communication skills
- Proactive, team-oriented and able to work well under pressure
