Responsibilities
Assist Production HOD in process engineering planning (Work Instruction) and costing estimation request.
Make/Buy decision for all drawings given by Sales on new order launched.
Planned and maintaining fabrication/assembly processes in ERP system whenever there is new work order launched.
To organise and to prioritize the variety of job launching and multiple task in an effective and timely manner.
To generate and execute the job launching for new and repeat orders for materials positioning.
Assist on operational problems with solution to prevent production delays.
Supporting Sales team on customer RFQ to obtain quote from supplier within committed time line.
Coordinate with CNC Programming team on all NPI & FA fabrication.
Identify opportunities for fabrication process improvement.
Participate in Quality MRB meeting and advice disposition accordingly.
Requirements
Min. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Engineering related courses or any equivalent.
Min 2-3 years of metal fabrication or precision engineering experience.
Detail oriented.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated to work independently with team support & minima guidance.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all time.
Computer knowledge with MS office etc.
Comfortable to work at West area, Joo Koon.
