Responsibilities
Overall job objectives
1. Site work, inspection, planning and other site activities.
2. Lead a team of construction workers and supervise work processes and its progress.
3. Ensure workers’ safety at site.
.Core responsibilities
• Take charge of supervising the site
• Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices
• Take charge of coordinating all work schedule with sub-contractor
• Maintain work schedule and provide site reports
• Liaise with Project Manager & Site Manager on the products, equipment or materials required for the projects
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment and materials on site
• Monitor and ensure that the work progress is within project schedules.
• Manage project independently as well as lead and motivate a team.
• Other ad-hoc related duties as assigned
Requirements
Technical Skills
• Professional Certificate/ITE, Engineering (Civil/ Construction/Structural) or equivalent.
• BCA lifting supervisor/Building Construction Safety Supervisor certification.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Some experience in interpreting construction drawings.
Soft Skills
• Effective site management in terms of resources & safety
• Timely completion of all projects.
