Responsibilities
• This position is responsible for assisting the Customer Service Manager in managing the assigned CS operation
• Key contact for customer
• Responsible to meet all operational key performance indicators and required service standard.
• Ensure proper keeping of cycle count sheet by respective CSE/CSO for audit trail purpose;
• Be responsible in reconciling all stock discrepancies
• Experience in order processing
• Collate and compute the monthly KPI report,
• Ensure the CSE/CSO submit the KPI per established schedule
• Maintain inventory accuracy between us & customer’s WMS system
Requirements
• Preferable Diploma in Logistics or Business Admin
• Candidate with no experience but with relevant experience may apply
• Customer Service Orientated
• Product and System knowledge & MS Office Skills
