Responsibilities
- To be stationed at Show Gallery at Changi Business Park
- Attend to walk-in customers, phone or online queries
- Provide sales recommendations and upsell and cross-sell products to customers (eg. home owners, interior designers, contractors)
- Prepare quotations for potential clients
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely and proper fulfilment of customers’ requirements.
Requirements
- Preferably Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing/Engineering or equivalent.
- Must be computer literacy, basic skills in Microsoft office usage
- Must be service oriented with good communication
- Product Training will be provided
- Able to work over the weekend
- Those with working experience with SAP (B1) will be an advantage.
