Responsibilities
Our client is a provider of innovative security systems dedicated to ensuring the safety and protection of our clients.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or on-site visits.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot CCTV system problems and provide timely solutions.
* configure, and maintain CCTV equipment and software.
* Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Document technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
* Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers when required.
* Stay updated with the latest CCTV technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in technical support or field engineering, preferably in the CCTV or security industry.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
* Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support and customer meetings.
