Responsibilities
Our client is a provider of innovative security systems dedicated to ensuring the safety and protection of our clients.
* Install, troubleshoot, and repair security system components, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and intrusion detection devices.
* Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections to ensure the proper functioning of security systems.
* Respond promptly to service calls and perform on-site diagnostics to identify and resolve issues.
* Coordinate with clients to schedule service appointments and communicate service timelines and expectations.
* Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of security systems.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a service technician, preferably in the security systems or related industry.
* Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* Familiarity with security system components and installation techniques.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Valid Class 3 driving license.
