Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth in the office system furniture industry.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
* Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
