Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our slimming center.
* Lead and manage a team of slimming consultants and support staff
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
* Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess branch performance
* Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
* Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance performance and professionalism
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote loyalty and retention
* Collaborate with corporate leadership to align branch goals with company objectives
Requirements
* Previous experience in the health and wellness industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
* Knowledge of slimming treatments and technologies is a plus
* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
