* Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive shopping experience.
* Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
* Achieve and exceed set sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
* Contribute to the overall sales success of the team.
* Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the beauty or hair care industry.
* Training will be provided
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of hair care and beauty trends.
