Responsibilities
Handle full set of import and export documents
Handle enquirers from customers, via telephone or email for transportation by air and sea, and provide quotation
Manage day-to day operation and transaction
Good communication with internal/external parties to ensure correct understanding on different services requirement.
Strictly follow company standard operations procedures
Handle the key account customers according to SOP's and escalate special cases to Department Manager in a timely manner
Provide report and statistic to key account customers on a daily/monthly basis
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS office
Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience preferably in a freight forwarding industry
Fresh school leavers or without working experience are also welcome
