Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in the construction industry.
* HQ is in Japan.
* Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
* Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to meet their business objectives.
* Set and achieve targets for business development, including revenue and client acquisition goals.
* Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, including market analysis, client interactions, and progress towards goals.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and strategies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business/Marketing or a related field.
* Min 2 years proven experience in the Business Development preferably in construction industry.
* Travel regularly within South East Asia to meet with clients and attend industry events.
* Strong business development and client relationship skills.
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively across South East Asia.
* Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of other South East Asian languages is a plus
