Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Executive to join our team at a leading caregiver company.
* Efficiently handle incoming calls and walk-in inquiries from clients seeking caregiver services.
* Provide detailed information about our services, addressing any questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
* Conduct initial screening and interviews of potential caregivers.
* Assess the skills, experience, and suitability of candidates for caregiving roles.
* Accurately document interactions with clients and caregiver candidates.
Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor Degree in administrativee and any relevant field.
* Proven experience in customer service or administrativee role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient in computer skills and familiar with database management.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Company will sponsor CEI Course and First CEI Exam
