11:00am-2:30pm (Morning Shift) , 5pm-10:30pm (Night Shift)
- Responsible for mise-en-place. - Making sure that all prepared food is safe and clean before and after every operation - Working stations to be clean (Including dishwashing) - Washing, Chopping, Shredding, and Grating of ingredients - Responsible for receiving incoming food and rotating stock. FIFO. - Understands and complies with all mandatory hygiene and cleanliness standards/compliance - Cooking support in the kitchen - Work closely with Outlet Chef In-charge - Throw off rubbish/waste daily - Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the In-Charged Chef.
- Preferably 1-2 years experiences in F&B or Hospitality industry - Knife skills and cutting skills - Passionate about food and cooking. - Team player with good initiative skills - Able to work on rotating, split shifts, weekends & public holidays as assigned - Well groomed - Able to stand for long periods of time during operation hours - High secondary education or equivalent
