Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee at our sandwich shop, you will embark on a rigorous program designed to prepare you for a leadership role within our business. This position is crafted to build foundational skills in managing a fast-paced food retail environment while emphasizing the importance of customer service, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
* Manage day-to-day operations of the sandwich shop, ensuring compliance with company standards and local health regulations.
* This includes inventory management, order processing, and maintenance of a clean and safe environment.
* Develop skills to provide exceptional customer service.
* Gain exposure to sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
* Understand the financial aspects of the business including budgeting, cost control, and profit & loss management.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
