Responsibilities
Our client is a Engineering company that focus in drainage system.
* Identify and target potential clients in the construction and building sector.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and customize effective roof drainage solutions.
* Prepare accurate and detailed sales proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines.
* Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed about market developments.
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
* Provide exceptional post-sales support and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven track record of successful sales within the construction industry or related products.
* In-depth technical knowledge of construction industry including materials, design principles, and installation processes.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
* Strong problem-solving abilities to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.
* Results-driven with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Flexibility to travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and site assessments.
* Effective negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals.
