Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance and inspection of the machine/ equipment, and troubleshoot equipment malfunction
Conduct routine inspection, servicing schedule and preventive measures
Directs the preparation in designs, plans, specifications, reports, and estimates for various engineering projects.
Adhering to all safety and performance regulations
Work closely with operation staff and ensures compliance with manufacturing practices.
Require to provide standby support/ remote support
Willing to work on shift
Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
Familiar with Siemen S7 PLC programming and use of software WinCC flexible . Familiar with Profibus a nd Profinet application.
Work experience requirements,generally more tha n 2 years of related equipment maintenance experience
Strong hands-on ability,a solid electrical theory basis, able to deal with power failures in time, and make power equipment operate normally
Understand the principle and structure of the equipment through circuit diagrams, and be familiar with the performance of various power equipment;
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
